Detailed description:

Transmission Electron Microscope operating at 120-200 kV acceleration voltage and equipped with a 4k CCD camera FEI Eagle. The microscope is suitable for imaging biological samples in negative stain or in cryo conditions. There are two cryo-holders (Gatan 626 and Gatan 916) available for data collection of molecular complex at high resolution (single particle analysis) and tomography tilt series. Data collection is automated by software packages EPU and Tomo.
